My most recent experiences have been in product design for B2B products, both as an individual contributor and as a leader. To get to this point in my career, I've had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for businesses in Europe, the United States, and Brazil.
I'm interested in topics such as the design process in product teams, design leadership, and product design career paths. I believe I can offer a unique perspective as a colorblind designer, former teacher, photographer, volunteer, and expat.
Volunteering is how I give back to the community. First, I served as a board advisory member at Omunga Institute, where we assist extremely vulnerable communities by building libraries, delivering books, and, most importantly, training teachers. Second, as a Local leader at IxDA, that has always been a part of my career, from my early product-designer days in Brazil to my current position as a local leader in the Netherlands chapter.
